We ship all our products direct from our suppliers to you. This might mean longer delivery times but it means you can get the best products at the best prices (and if you’re like us, a nice surprise when it arrives!).
Standard delivery is estimated between 10-30 days, usually closer to 10 but we cannot guarantee that for every order and it can take up to 60 days for some destinations.
As our products are sent directly from the suppliers, you might receive your order in several parts (at no extra cost) if it is from several different suppliers. This includes free items (gift products) and is perfectly normal.
You are covered by our 60 day buyer protection program which means you get:
- A full refund if you do not receive your order within 60 days of shipment – exceptions apply, please check the full terms and conditions for details.
- A partial refund if any item is either not as described or is not of acceptable quality.
If your order has not arrived after 60 days please contact us and we will be happy to help. Refunds will be processed by your original payment method (we will refund the original transaction) via either Stripe (credit card) or PayPal. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to appear back in your account after we process it.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of delivery we are unable to offer exchanges for ordered items that you have received. However, if you would like to return an item or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as we are always happy to help.
